NRG Innovations is committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring all hardware, stickers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated returns facility using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
